When I refused to buy my daughter a Barbie doll, my mother in law informed me I was ruining my daughter’s life. My daughter didn’t even want a doll. So yeah, Amelia, set off the fireworks!
The joke is great because it fits Amelia, a Mother of a tomboy, and Wallace who happens to have fireworks. However ,my late sister Patty collected Barbies until she died at 49 (four years ago). Barbie is not a villain but a choice for young girls to make on their own and happily today they still get to choose their toy lifestyle.

Just tie it to a rock and deep six it. The water is not even a stone throw’s away. And then shoot off the fireworks while you’re less distracted.
