Hong Kong would have been better off had they remained as they were – connected to the UK. Lots of people saw this coming and we all know where it’s going.
The Hong Kong Chinese who had the money and were looking ahead have purchased condos in Toronto and Vancouver – great escape and hidey holes. Business is going to pick up in the asian restaurants in those two cities and several others around the world.
