Hmmm .. a somewhat obscure reference to a grunge band … did hear of them, but never listened to anything from them. At any rate, the band has disbanded after the suicide of its leader (long, long ago, btw). Given the date of this cartoon, its odd that Pinkish would be a Nirvana fan or recognize the cover art from their albums/CDs.

Plenty of other groups spoofed the cover for Whipped Cream and Other Delights. The grossest has to be Soul Asylum’s Clam Dip and Other Delights.
