The right wingers such as Ramirez really really don’t want the Dems to actually examine the facts, and they really really really hate it when the Dems show some political savvy and do a bit of theater around their hearings. As if that weren’t natural, normal, and one of the behaviors that both parties share. This dislike shows itself here: Reference having Dean testify by setting up an absurd strawman that’s so easy to knock down that the only effort Ramirez made was the word “desperate” in the title. I wonder if he thinks this is even a little bit persuasive to those who aren’t already firmly in one camp or another.
Ramirez’s artwork is often quite good. Too bad he puts that talent to such poor use.
