A clubhouse on 6 or 8 ft 4X4 supports with perhaps a slide for quick escapes. Very popular with their age group.

Artists ‘build’ trees all the time. A truly tree house worthy sculpture is Ai Weiwei’s “Iron Tree”. Massive and strong enough to support a tree house.

Plant a cherry tree with a standard (not dwarfing) rootstock. You’ll have a good climbing tree in no time, and pie, too.
