When French president Emanuel Macron came to the USA, he planted a “friendship tree” with Trump at the White House. IT DIED.

The enlightenment? Gone dark.

Tariffs? Taxes on consumers and the working people whose jobs will be sacrificed on the altar of Trump voodoo-doo eCONomics.

Taxes on rich people like himself? No way. Only the little people pay taxes.

And those taxes come in the form of TARIFFS.

It was just depressed being that close to Bonespurs.

At least the tree won’t have to watch the next 19 months.

I’s always darkest before the power failure

Judging by public survey results of US political and scientific literacy, that tariff has been around a long time, and as with any tariff it’s the American people who have been paying.

Man, those hands are small.

I just read that Macron is sending another tree. Just like Democrats, playing Charlie Brown to their Lucy.

I guess they won’t be making a guillotine out of that tree.

Doesn’t everything the trump touches die?

this was the perfect metaphor for coup-coup Donnie’s foreign policy: He touched it, it died.

That’s because Trump pissed on it like he does everything else.

Macron should replace that tree with a nice clump of French Poison Ivy.

He was going to put a Tariff on stuff from France, but he couldn’t remember what we buy from France.
