Respectfully, I disagree. Most people do, in fact, understand. But like our glorious, infallible, and wannabe perpetual leader, they either do not care, ignore the realities, are simply mean-spirited (under the guise of evangelicalism), or are selectively ignorant. Take your pick. It’s a case of “someone should do something; just not me.”
