This really does depict our Oaf!! Glad the flag is upside down and the tiny hands just complete the realism!! He always looks so proud of himself as he destroys everything he touches!!~
I realize that this wasn’t the point of the cartoon, but it does illustrate the fatuity of thinking that any oath taken on a Bible has any more oomph to it than one taken merely on pain of perjury. If the oath-taker is pre-disposed to be an oath-breaker, the presence or absence of the Big Book of Appalling Horrors won’t matter one whit.
