She thought Oliver had gone insane and went to her lawyer Mr. Jackal/Jackel for advice. He came up with a scheme to blackmail Warbucks into giving Trixie a separation with an allowance of about 5 million dollars a year, but Warbucks blackmailed him back, beat him up, and sent him on a one-way trip to Europe, telling him to never return.
It was after that that Oliver and Trixie went on a year-long cruise on a old square-rigging sailing ship.
Jackel and B-B Eyes fill in each other, and us, on what was what back when. Not clear how much Tim J. can help the Homburg-wearing cigar-chewing thug, but at least the baddies are getting their team in place. Daddy and Tracy and the Young Detectives should also get themselves organized for Business. I hope to see Punjab and the Asp on the job….
