It’s been awhile since I retired from the BLM but I think the word in the 1976 enabling act was “enjoyment” rather than “employment” BTW, the animals pictured are all endangered species which this POS would like to take off the list.
Also retired BLM. FLPMA spelled out not only this, but also retention of public lands for the people, not corporate thieves. Bad appointments in agencies really began with Reagan after the Civil Service Reform Act of 78, allowing conversion of political appointees to permanent SS positions in large numbers. Bush and Bush put in REAL a-holes, then along came Bonespurs. The Republicans have indeed launched a serious campaign with our public lands, to steal them from the people.
Also, Reagan gave us an appointee that didn’t know what the acronym for the program he was put in charge of meant. Then of course Bonespurs put guys in cabinet positions, like Perry, that didn’t have a clue what their department did!
Since March 22 I – LameHawk – have been boycotted by GoComics. My comments and likes can be seen only by me. I have absolutely no idea as to the reasoning behind GoComics’ decision. I have enjoyed the cartoons and the comments, and don’t understand why I have been censored. I find it rather odd and have thus decided to close my account by tomorrow. So, goodbye GoComics
There’s no profit in long haired mountain bikers and others of that ilk (There’s an extremely popular rock climbing area on BLM managed lands near Las Vegas.) enjoying our public lands.

Why is the turtle looking upset? I thought as Senate Majority Leader he was all in favor these changes.

Donnie should be dropped off into the wilderness and told to go find a hamberder tree.

Trump and the Repubs don’t even hide their horrifying greed and disdain for the environment anymore.

Woody Guthrie (I think) said it best: “This land is your land, This land is my land…This land was made for you and me.”
