I have a friend who is always reporting garbagemen making noise outside the noise ordinance time. I am happy to hear them taking the junk away. Some people just love their own noise.
I have a neighbor I call the mad blower………..he is out all hours with that thing! Right up until the 9:00 ordinance kicks in!
Geez, he complains when the lawn isn’t mowed and then complains when it is. There’s just no pleasing some people.
Ludman can’t have it both ways – either your lawn is mowed with a little noise, or it isn’t!
