She bought the iFruit for how nice it looked. The fact that most PC games are Windows-only was an added bonus for her.

I had (almost) the same argument with my mother, no way I could install “line-ux” on our house’s PC. I ended up salvaging a junk computer from a batch a school custodian was throwing out and installing it there.
As an aside to schools and other institutions: please do wipe your computers before throwing them out.
