What I do not understand is that after NAFTA was shoved down our throats in the early ’90’s, and after a few years, businesses realized that moving jobs to Mexico was not going to be profitable, manufacturers, AMERICAN manufacturers, began to outsource jobs to Asia and eastern Europe. It was AMERICAN business owners and investors who initiated the great emigration of jobs to China. Why does Chump, (I mean Trump) want to punish China for what American businesses did? Does he think that simply raising tariffs will make AMERICAN businesses suddenly shift those jobs back here? Or is Trump simply grandstanding for his sheep?
