It’s always dangerous to count your chickens before they hatch. We don’t know for sure what Mueller will say. What he has already said, however, that is in the report itself, is very damaging, and if his testimony is consistent with the report it should have an impact.
I don’t understand. When Congress says “appear” and Barr says “No”, why doesn’t Congress say “Sargent-at-Arms, clap that man in handcuffs for contempt. Next witness!”
