As long as school discipline has completely collapsed, the faculty might as well take advantage of it too. Today, cocktails in the teachers’ lounge. Tomorrow, smoking while teaching?

Well, no, of course it wouldn’t, Linton, or else part of the school would’ve come down with it, and I think y’all would’ve noticed that if it had.

I like how the teachers have basically boarded themselves up in the staff room.

Ah, nothing like reports of an estranged friend getting an ambush beating to break one out of a nihilistic funk caused by their worthless biological father pretending he’s not related.

Happens all the time, really.

Newbie comments/questions ahead:

1. In this “dialect/usage structure” what is the kid in panel six meaning when he uses the word “bundle”? Is he meaning the same thing as “fight” here, or he actually meaning something else I am not understanding?

2. I personally think the bearded teacher deserves the cocktail or two or three…. he seems the most stressed of the many stressed teachers. :)

Do you think Claire might tag along with Lottie when Lottie follows Shauna?
