How would you like being a “cleaning up a mess on the rug at 4 o’clock on a Saturday morning” person ?
That’s exactly how I feel on Monday mornings.

I am surprised he does not let himself out.
Why would Marm want to walk at 4 in the morning? And what time would he have gotten up to get everything ready for said walk?
Our little dog is old and has to go a couple of times a night.
My Dane is a don’t you dare wake me up before noon kind of guy. My Weim is an old man and the you better let me out every 2 hours kind of guy.
There should be a better way to start the day, than waking up in the morning.
