Alexandria is not only the future of the Democratic party because she reflects the views of the coming generations, but she is “woke” to the human-made disaster to the planet; she knows we have to do something now and not to keep kicking the can down the road. Personally, I like Joe Biden, and I think the claims about his behavior are greatly misunderstood. Being of the same generation as he, touching a womans shoulders or arms was considered acceptable. Gregarious people are often “touchy-feely” As far as the relationships between the sexes, we seem to be reverting back to Victorian age sensibilities. Put skirts on all yer table legs. Oh, even tho I like Joe Biden he has become, like Obama before him, a Clintonite (AKA reagan Republican lite). I could never vote for him
Smilin’ Joe has a lot of name recognition, but he’s really not likely to win the nomination, unless the DNC engages in yet another stupid attempt to influence the outcome. As I now see it. But it’s very early days yet.
When I think about voting in the 2020 election, my priority is to vote, and to vote against Mr. Trump, if he is running again, or Mr. Pence, if Mr. Trump is no longer President. I will go with the Democrat nominee. Otherwise, I will see who is on the ticket in my state’s primary, and vote accordingly. This is the way the critical priorities look to me.
He’s a year older than me, but much as I like and admire the man for the life he’s lived, the mistakes he’s made, and his efforts to make up for them, too old to run with the public.
We all learn about personal space early—-face-to-face is about two feet. Standing in a group photo is about six inches with no touching that communicates familiarity. A lack of empathy in such matters is painful to watch unfold—-especially repeatably.

Joe may be the guy to end the Trump nightmare. Eye on the prize.
