What’s really weird is that in the history of Garfield, the only time he was shown to talk was back when Lyman was in the picture; and Garfield started poking Jon to tell him he’s hungry; and they got into a big discussion over it; and Lyman said it’s times like that he’s glad he’s a dog owner; and Odie poked Lyman and said he was hungry.
