Sluggo the sage gets washed by the persistent girl who is always looking for an angle to win. And it also reminds me of Danae from “Non Sequitur” in what she does.

Sluggo is a wise sage! He is akin to Joel in GA and Doc in Alley Oop. He is gentle and laconic in his giving of his vast stores of knowledge.
Nancy is going to attempt to wash him out of her mind it seems, for his raining on her parade today. :)
