Varvel obviously put more effort in finding a way to spin the report his way than he spent in reviewing the report. “The investigation found numerous links between individuals with ties to the Russian government and individuals associated with the Trump campaign,” but not enough to establish criminal culpability. That’s , in a nutshell, why Jane Fonda wasn’t prosecuted for treason. Will Trump’s right-wing defenders now renounce their criticism of her actions?

Satisfaction will be when Congress gets the full report, including the underlying evidence.

That will reveal the amount of exoneration.

Seems like a weird place for you to go Gary. It invites the comparison to your chosen puppet who would like to Introduce himself as a man of wealth and taste. He’s been around for a long, long year. He’s certainly stolen many a man’s soul to waste.

Like the Rolling Stones say, only old people know how to rock.

After months and multiple statements issued by The Rolling Stones expressing displeasure at the use of their music at Donald Trump rallies, the rock n’ roll band’s frontman Mick Jagger finally commented on why the band and its team couldn’t prevent the use of their songs on Trump’s campaign playlist.

“So Patty, asked me about Donald Trump using Stones music, and we [previously] said, like, ‘Don’t use our music,’” Jagger said on a Rolling Stones Twitter Q&A on Wednesday afternoon. “So, the thing is, when you appear in America…if you’re in a public place like Madison Square Garden or a theater, you can play any music you want, and you can’t be stopped. So, if you write a song and someone plays it in a restaurant that you go to, you can’t stop them."

Trump’s world is going to rock with law suits and subpoenas.

Billy Barr’s is the warm up for the House Orchestra’s big concert. It will feature high notes, low notes and some fugue in televised hearings.

The rest of us can’t get satisfaction either. How many of Trump’s cronies are going to jail for cover ups and such? If nothing was, there what were they covering and willing to go to jail for? Just like gang members or mobsters and their Don. Now they will be felons and maybe can get jobs sweeping floors.

Don’t fully agree with the premise, but I love today’s cartoon! (and reference)

Now it is up to the Congress to do their duty. Even if it won’t be carried out the House should carry it forward. Things have gone too far and must be followed through. It will put great pressure on the Republicans to do their duty too. As long as the Democrats play political games it is worse than it has to be.

I’m astounded that Varvel actually drew the Barr report with redactions showing. Good for him. That’s twice in a week or so that he’s failed to fully embrace the whacko-right talking points.

In the meantime, Varvel ignores #45’s hate-mongering and abuse of the Office of President!

Using a song by The Stones is perfect!

Comey thought he was being cute when he named his fake investigation of Trump “Crossfire Hurricane” (Trump is known for being a Rolling Stones fan).

Trump later punked Weasel Comey with the line “You Can’t Always Get What You Want”.

Those are not democrats. They’re corporate sellouts, just like Bill and Hillary.
