I don’t understand the problem. I love walking, and go out most days – if I can. I don’t walk in the rain, and I can’t walk far when it gets too hot. Fortunately for me, the gym is only a few blocks away, and has stationary bikes (I can’t use treadmills anymore for health reasons). Walking is good for you, is relaxing, and gives you time to listen to music, audio books, etc.
