    I thought they voted no confidence in her when her last plan failed.

    You just can’t get rid of conservative failures, as we see here.

    As I recall. the voters chose this – disastrously irresponsible is a preposterous understatement – choice, and dumped the steaming load of dog turds in her lap to manage. Parliament has emulated the US Congressional spirit of cooperation, refusing any and all proposals. How is this HER responsibility?

    Every time I see what is going on with England, I get the feeling many of the British got inspired by the current president of the U.S., and now we have another divided Nation! What a surprise! (¬_¬)

    This shows what can happen when the aged and less educated part of a nation are so afraid of losing their status and afraid of a changing world in general, that they believe the lies from someone that says they will protect them from immigrants and that Britain will be great again. Thank goodness it could never happen in the U.S.

    The Brexit vote is legally non-binding. I’ve read many comments that say that the public knew that the vote would be considered binding and that there would be action because of it. IMO, because of this contradiction and the incredible closeness of the vote, any drastic action would be a disaster. Results were 51.89% to leave EU, 48.11% to stay in the EU.

    As a U.S. voter for decades, I wish we could get close to their voter turnout, which was 72.21%.

    Moral Realism (or Moral Objectivism) is the meta-ethical view (see the section on Ethics) that there exist such things as moral facts and moral values, and that these are objective and independent of our perception of them or our beliefs, feelings or other attitudes towards them. {Has nothing to do with topic. I’m trying to balance the idiocy of the trolls. They seem to have descended on this page, en masse.}
