Sometimes it’s like we are all characters in a strange & wicked fascinating show. You know, one of the ones on Netflix or something where ya get written out one season only to reappear later so they can screw with you some more.

We are getting used to this crap by force of repetition. Oh, right now we are over-sensitive to every prick of injustice and immorality, but to stay sane we become increasingly de-sensitized. The candidates running against Mr. Trump will face incredibly close scrutiny. Not one of them will measure up in the current atmosphere of an oversensitive anti-Trump camp.

What was once unthinkable weirdness and outrage is well on its way to becoming normalized. And every time the courts – or the court of public outrage says NO we can’t do that, this is not who we are, the thing becomes a real possibility [ as in well, ha ha, we actually could do that]. It’s an all too real gas-lighting of America.

Trying to live up to our ideals and doing what is right is just so hard. Maybe we aren’t supposed to be the good guys! Being bad is way easier and a lot more fun and like… interesting!

Serious people think of catastrophe and tales of disaster & immorality as cautionary lessons. For real maybe we’re just being set up for next season’s exciting adventures.

But she is so representative of Republican’s gut feel that education works against them and actually DOING something about it.

DeVos statement on President Trump supporting Special Olympics: “I am pleased and grateful the president and I see eye to eye on this issue, and that he has decided to fund our Special Olympics grant. This is funding I have fought for behind the scenes the last several years.”

GOD, she’s as much of a bad liar as trump himself!

I was astonished that even a Republican would want to cut Special Olympics! The Special Olympics are NOT on the CuttingBoard!Although if anyone did it would be a republican, but Still…It’s the Special! Olympics !!
