The casino is crowded and the first roll or the dice is in Iowa. The odds against each of our gamblers are huge, but it appears that the one who wins will be the odds on favorite to beat the bigly failed ex-casino magnate of Atlantic City Fame.

I really hope this won’t be the way the candidates are chosen.

Remember, folks, we’re voting for the President, not the guy or gal who has the best chance of winning the election.

Y’know, the caucuses/primaries are still 9 months away. How about waiting to see what happens before this baby is born instead of trying to make it a casino betting affair.

Any of the Democrats under serious contention would be fine with me. All of them have issues of some kind, but none like Trump. I wasn’t all that excited about Biden until I saw the polls of him against Trump, but now I’m on board with Joe too. Remember when Biden practically bitch slapped Paul Ryan during the VP debate? It was a beautiful thing.

Wouldn’t it be a hoot, if the Dems crapped out and the great slug got another four?

One of the reasons we constantly get our dupas handed to us is that we don’t vote together, as one.

For an example of what happens, look at the recent recall election in Fall River Mass, where the mayor, a young man who when elected promptly sold out to the corporations and recently was federally indicted for embezzling money investors put into his software startup, was sacked by 62% of the voters but then RE-ELECTED on the same ballot because the 62% split their votes among his 4 opponents.

When we don’t vote in solidarity, we lose.
