I don’t get that with the furthest distance – I have been in an even much further distance, about ten miles away from a tornado, and survived, too. Wouldn’t it be much more impressive if you were the one who was closest to it?

I’ve read about that in Guinness book, and it seems as if he was in a mobile home when he was knocked unconscious by the tornado.
