Well if you threw your spear to hit that mastodon in the thickest, boniest part of its head, you don’t need more cardio, you need more brainio.
Darwin’s “Survival of the fittest” being played out.. the spectators will note that spear in head is not the best place if you want lunch… On the other hand.. it did encourage us to be fast runners
