I know this is a cartoon, but how did his teeth change so much from panel 1 to panel 3?

I wanna see what happens with the lights off.

It’d be too much to hope that Lio brought along an invisibility potion.

You would figure that Lio would go to a dentist named Doctor “Hertz” (not the rent-a-car, but as in “hurts”)!

Is it safe?

DMD? Most dentists I have know sport the DDS (doctor of Dental Surgery) degree. Maybe that’s why Lio has popped that Cheshire Cat dentition into his mouth: Dr. Hertz hurts (either transitive or reflexive)?
