In Hanoi, Trump is being played by a young kid half his age but twice as smart.

At the same time, in Washington, D.C., Trump is being clobbered by someone even younger, 29-year-old Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

As Lawrence O’Donnell, one-time chief of staff for the Senate who is familiar with how hearings go, noted with irony, because AOC is a freshman with virtually no seniority, she was near the last to ask questions. By that time, all the low-hanging fruit, all the juiciest questions, have already been asked.

But AOC is the one who drilled down on the FINANCIAL CRIMES committed IN HER DISTRICT in New York City — undervaluing of assets for tax purposes and overvaluing assets for insurance purposes and for valuations in obtaining bank loans, leading to the the conclusion — and setting the legal basis for — the need to see what he reported on his TAX RETURNS and financial statements, to see how they reconcile and if Trump is guilty of tax fraud, insurance fraud and/or bank fraud, which could lead to both federal and state charges being filed.

What’s funny is Kim probably speaks better English than Bonespurs, so watching the hearing is no big deal for him. Communicating with Bonespurs, is a chore.

“Sometimes you have to walk,” Mr. Trump said after the talks broke down.

Time to come home and have another rally?

Pot. Kettle. Black. Trump’s corruption does pale in comparison to Kim’s murderous legacy in his own country.

Donny Boy might be jealous, dictators have a more direct and terminal way of handling political opponents.

The overall performance of the republicans at the Cohen hearing demonstrates, once again exactly WHY we needed a change in the House, and it forshadows WHY we need that SAME CHANGE in the Senate and in the Oval Office!

Seriously, how many times was it demonstrated that all the times Cohen lied and was eventually convicted on were lies he mouthed to protect Donald john Trump from exposure as a criminal! And, yet, they never seemed to get the distinction.

No, wait, the ultimate demonstration of Republican cluelessness is clearly pointed out when one of Donnie John’s republican toadies demanded that Michael Cohen’s indictment be entered into the Congressional Record!

He did this so that Cohen’s indictment for lying to Congress would be preserved in perpetuity! What the republican DIDN’T apparently realize was that that same documents points out the the President of the United States was equally responsible for the promulgation and dissemination of those lies.

So, evidently, we now will have a document issued by the American Judiciary that specificlly states that Donald John Trump was a co-conspirator in lying to Congress!

Was immortalizing Trump’s guilt the republican Representative’s plan all along? Or was he just “stupid”? “Enquiring minds want to know!”
