That would be the Pacific. The largest ocean on the planet.

There’s really only one ocean. :-)

The bear is correct. If you look at a globe, you will see that all the “oceans” are connected.

Then… are Europe and Asia a single continent? Was Africa part of the European and Asian land mass before the construction of the Suez Canal? What about now? What about North and South America? Where does the Panama Canal fit into all of this? Is Australia even a continent at all? Does “separation” require an expanse of water, or will a mountain range do? What about residence on a particular geological “plate”?

It’s all language, all definition. All a matter of convenience? And convention?

Is there a short simple answer to any of this?

Among the Solar family planets, are the Earth and Moon a double planet, given the vast difference in size between most other “moons” or “satellites” and their respective planets? Howsabout Pluto/Charon? And don’t even lets’ get into planets, minor planets, and whether Pluto is sitting at the big kids’ table.

A rose is a rose is a rose? Or not?

Does “to be” accurately refer to any thing or condition?

If God can do anything, can God exist and not exist simultaneously?
