It took me a long minute to figure this one out.

I suspect the furniture does the same thing.. if there was a way to prove it.. (though if the furniture is made of wood, they may be related)

we had one of these in Collingwood again this season. Usually one every year or two.

No-one ever learned why Treebeard hated skiers so…

“ski season” means something completely different to the trees.

It just jumped out in front of me.

Looking at the tracks, he was gonna hit the tree…..they both shifted in the same direction!

When I was a freshman in high school my family moved from the Chicago suburbs to western Colorado and I was introduced to skiing… ever since then I’ve told folks that so long as I don’t go snow skiing, trees won’t jump in my way. And it’s true… I haven’t had another tree jump in my way since I quit snow skiing. 8^)

OMG, I’m getting old… it took me 5 minutes to get this.
