Exactly what my dog hating canine Brutus does when I come inside from errands or even just a walk down the driveway to the mailbox. He also gives each of my legs the sniff treatment.

Sometimes he will actually catch me petting another dog if one happens to be walking past the yard and their owners stop to chat. All I can see are two beady eyes glaring at me barely above the window sill. :-D

As a parrot’s slave, I don’t have this issue at home, but, BOY O BOY, do I get sniffed over by every dog that I walk by on my outings. I guess parrots smell a little too enticing for most canines.

Only one dog in the neighborhood is hated by all my dogs. Runs free, owner does not clean up after, not nice. Neither is the dog.

Really cute! This is a very clever strip, I’m thinking!

This reminds me of an old Cathy comic strip where she comes home from work and is greeted by her loving dog. She picks up the dog and in the dog’s thought balloon it recounts everything Cathy has done that day, her breakfast, the mid-morning chocolate doughnut, the chili for lunch, a stop at the dry-cleaners, a coffee spill on her dress, and on and on. Cathy says “What have you been doing all day?”, and lifting the dog to her face she exclaims, “Oh, you stink!”
