“Devil may care” sounds like Nate wants all his hair tufts trimmed except the top 3 (the small middle and the two tufts surrounding it). That’s not really the style I thought he would go for, but that’s fine with me. You mess with the devil, you get the devil horns!!
Think About It: Maybe Nate does this to help him win girls (possibly Dee Dee), not knowing it’s his personality TOWARDS girls that makes them reject him.
