If it was up to the GOP, no non-white would be allowed to vote.

THIS will end up being that senile, corrupt, bribe-taking old bastard Yertle the Turtle McConshell’s lasting legacy, his undisguised attempt to restrict voting rights to ONLY Rich Old White men!

The GOP knows that color is an indication of intelligence and wisdom.. The purer white (and rich) the better qualified to make important decisions.. and picking the right leaders requires wisdom that a mix of colors just can’t handle.

“Let us never forget that government is ourselves and not an alien power over us. The ultimate rulers of our democracy are not a President and senators and congressmen and government officials, but the voters of this country.”

    Franklin D. Roosevelt.

“An election in which people have to wait 10 hours to vote, or in which black voters wait in the rain for hours, while white voters zip through polling places, is unworthy of the world’s leading democracy.”

    Adam Cohen.

“If Congress can move President’s Day, Columbus Day and, alas, Martin Luther King’s Birthday celebration for the convenience of shoppers, shouldn’t they at least consider moving Election Day for the convenience of voters?”

    Andrew Young.

It wasn’t that long ago, you had to own property to vote. That kept the riff-raff out of the queue.
