Why did our ancestors cross oceans and continents to come to America? We went from a struggling village of a few dozens to over 300 million in a blink of history’s eye. We were and still are supposed to be this great legendary thing. A place of equality freedom and opportunity for all.
Trump has interrupted the making & perfection of our legend. The interruption will soon be over and the world will see that the promise of American democracy is an everlasting thing that has life and hope once more.
Oh, if those blind Democrats would just negotiate, and come to the table with Mr Trump and good Senator McConnell, really, all would be just fine. Such an opportunity lost!!
