I watched Ancient Aliens instead. It was about as believable.
To tell the truth I read it and it surprised me. It was spin-tastic, but nothing any other politician would have done. Obviously, Trump was able to pull it together long enough to “stay on script.” I found little in the way of outright lies.
Yesterday, oddly enough, Dr. Phil’s show featured a pathological liar who couldn’t stop himself from lying and promoting himself “bigly” to get women. He was very charming ( as DJT is not) and got away with it for years. And he said he couldn’t stop himself, and he had no idea why he did it.
I had a bet with a co-worker that the rethuglicans would give a standing ovation more than 40 times. He said it would be less. The official count was 46. Easiest $$ ever made.
