I think one of the best things about working for the postal service was the uniform allowance. All of us city carriers looked the same. And I never had to decide what to wear in the morning. Of course some carriers looked like unmade beds,but for the most part we tried to look sharp. Of all postal employees,the public saw us the most.
A tie, huh? Must be Dilbert’s tie, but it’s been decades since engineers wore ties to work. He must be a lawyer. But a lawyer wouldn’t say, “…at work”. Inquiring minds want to know.
