For this strip I was expecting a rabbit to be involved.

Rasins, mini choc. chips & toss in a handful of oatmeal…yummy.

A guy I work with brings in cookies that his wife makes every week, she loves to bake cookies, and her young girls help. The chocolate chip are fantastic and go rather quickly, but the raisin last a couple days. I like them both, the raisin are the best oatmeal raisin cookies I’ve ever had, and they’re good for a change. She never makes peanut butter though, my real second favorite.

I KNEW IT!!! I’ve always felt that raisins were evil, sneaky little bastards, and this strip proves it!

Raisins are great in oatmeal cookies. In Tollhouse cookies, they’re a crime.

I hope that first frame refers to chocolate! That symbol looks too close to a certain emoji.

Yup, that’s me. Don’t like cooked raisins. I love to eat them out of the box or in trail mix, but please don’t cook them. It turns them to mush and they are just plain nasty.

That is me. While I love raisins raw, I can’t stand them cooked in any way. I swear the raisins hide until I take a bite out of a cookie. Gross!

When I’d bring cookies to family get-togethers I’d label mine as to chocolate chip or raisin. One of uncles (Mom’s brother) hated raisins ever since he was a kid and I wanted to let him know which they were. It stemmed from his childhood and them having to be on food commodities which gave their family lots of raisins. I don’t know if he just didn’t like them OR they had to eat so many they got to hate them. Mom didn’t like them, either. My Dad loved them and I do, too!
