Cats and empathy. Not.

It’s always easier passing away than passing home.

Normally this comic is spot-on. But one of my 2 rescue cats always seems to know when I’m feeling particularly blue: that’s when he won’t leave me alone and often falls asleep purring on my lap. Better than any medication.

I guess rubbing up against her or sitting in her lap is out of the question.

I feel so bad for her.
