Nancy Pelosi is right to deny an agent of a hostile foreign power the right to give his State of the Union in the House of Representative chambers. If Trump wants to give a State of the Union, it would only be in furtherance of Putin’s wet dream of reviving the Soviet Union. Let Trump give his State of the (revived) Soviet Union before the Russian Duma.

Of course Trump is in Putin’s pocket.

Just look what Vladimir Putin has gotten for his money:

• The government of the United States SHUT DOWN for the third time in a year, each time longer than the one before, all of them begun while REPUBLICONS controlled the House, Senate and presidency. Trump doesn’t care about the U.S. government being shut down; it isn’t the government he really works for.

• Babies in cages.

• Western alliances in disarray — including a puppet president who is trying to get the U.S. to withdraw from NATO.

• Total chaos in the White House.

• Sanctions on Russia and key Russian oligarchs being lifted or ignored

• Financial markets in turmoil.

• Tariffs that make U.S. exports less desirable and Russian exports more desirable (China no longer importing U.S. soybeans and Putin rushing to fill the Chinese demand for soybeans that used to be met by American farmers so that U.S. soybean sales to China will never come back.)

Well, when it comes to value, he is just pocket change.

What, Vlad doesn’t keep him in his back pocket where he can kiss Vald’s hiney?

An accurate cartoon: I remember watching the Watergate hearing. Nixon wasn’t in anyone’s pocket, but he was a morally bankrupt person, dishonest, and a president who would do anything to get back at his political enemies. I remember watching his speech on TV, when he said “I’m not a crook”.Today, our country is held hostage by Donny. He is everything that Nixon was, but worse. And, there can be no doubt that he is in Putin’s pocket. I’m sure that he’s going to do everything that he can to make sure that Mueller’s report never sees the light of day. His impeachment hearings can’t start soon enough as far as I’m concerned. It just boggles the mind: An American president who is a stoolie for Russia.

We already know what the State of the Union is, and it ain’t pretty. This speech would just be an unpaid commercial for Trump.

Ms. Pelosi has does everyone a favour. His speech would be nothing but the same old same old thing we’ve been hearing for over two years.

Seriously, who wants to be subjected to another hour or so of MORE LIES, and MORE LIES, and MORE LIES, and MORE LIES, and MORE LIES, and MORE LIES, and MORE LIES, and MORE LIES, and MORE LIES???

To have so many people supporting an autocrat and ignoring the evidence of Russian influence is truly frightening for the future of our republic.

It appears Nikita Khruschev was right; “We will dig you in.” (We will bury you.)

Vanity Fair reporter says Cohen has documented evidence proving Trump knew of poll rigging payment.

Pelosi only asked that the SOTU be postponed — she cannot postpone it.

So Trump should just tweet it:

I’ve heard the House has control over the money allocated to the WH.

We know Trump likes to be spanked there (by Stormy Daniels with a rolled-up copy of Forbes), but any bets that Putin also branded him there? Any intelligent rancher wants his cattle to be identifiable as HIS.
