No, both sides are not to blame. For 2 years the Republicans had the entire govt under their thumb. They sent 3 separate bills with billions for the Wall. Trump vetoed all 3 bills. Democrats had no part in it. This is bogus today.
The shutdown is costing a lot more than the wall, options have been offered by Republicans AND Democrats, the the infant, with the aid of the turtle, continue his hissy fit, costing us all.
