I don’t understand this behavior. Why can’t the women drive themselves? Maybe my husband and I are too independent, but I don’t ask him to go shopping with me and vice versa. We’ve been married 40 years, and we don’t even have joint banking or credit card accounts.
Jon’s mistake was to whine “We always do what you want to do.” That actually gives Liz no information. Jon should say something like, “I really enjoyed the outing you suggested to….and in all honesty, that other outing wasn’t what I’d like to do. Let’s go back to the place we both enjoyed.”
I love going shopping with my wife. She let’s me watch as she changes clothes to try other ones on. How many of you guys have been able to do the deed in a small dressing room for women?
