Of course, that’s assuming it’s a good burrito with good baba ghanoush. It seems Andy’s eggplant concoctions wouldn’t classify. But then the problem is Andy’s cooking, not eggplant per se.

I made eggplant pizzas, you use the eggplant as the crust. They come out pretty good.
