Me too. I flourished after I graduated. I feel sorry for those for whom high school was the highlight of their lives that they are always trying to recapture
I hate high school after my BFF got pregnant our junior year and she had to leave :( Didn’t really have any close friends, it was a lonely time.
Don’t get me wrong, I had friends, just no one I could really talk to. It was a horrid time for me, never had a boyfriend, I was socially awkward.. ugh.
I’m happy as I am now, with my Aussie husband, around the world from that horrible place.. LOL!
