Stopping more plastic from entering the ocean won’t solve the problem, just makes it no larger. How about an eco-vacation cruise that takes people there and they fill the ship with the plastic trash, take it back to land, and recycle it?

Just look at any national park over the last few weeks to see how well people will do that.
