A couple hundred million? More like 4 billion years. But don’t worry, earth will be uninhabitable by then anyways, in about 2 to 3 million years it won’t be able to support any form of life, no matter what humans do to it. On the other hand, if we don’t change our ways soon we don’t have to bother about that, because we will have achieved that far earlier.

Intelligence is a two edged sword. You can cut others but you can also cut yourself. We have cut our selves bigly.

It’ll be ♪♫the end of the world as we know it♪♫, except by then it won’t be a whole lot like the world as we know it anymore anyway. Front row seats for all! Update your calendars and remember your shades, shorts and sunscreen, folks!

During the 1950s, we had to endure fear and warnings, especially from news media, about being nuked out of existence. All I can say, regarding endless “dire warnings” is: Don’t hold your breath waiting for them. Just, relax and live your life.
