I loved this story arc when it first came it in 1964. So much so that I cut it out every day and put it in a scrapbook. I had the scrapbook until just a few years ago when it was damaged in a flood. But … I am now sick of it. GoComics really need to find some new storylines for us. Heck, this comic ran for nearly 50 years, surely there’s more available. I’d personally like to see some of the strips that feature Joe Btfsplk or the makers of Kickapoo Joy Juice (I forget their names) or a storyline about the Sadie Hawkins Day race. My kids think I’m crazy when I refer to these things and I’d like to show them the reference.

I vaguely remember a true crime TV movie called The Chippendales Murders, but I’m guessing this isn’t connected… :P
