Listen, Ant, if it’s good enough for evangelical preachers, it’s good enough for you, too!

It seem plausible the he would have slept in his judge robes. He was a brilliant man. Which is why the reasoning he used in some of his opinions that were blatantly biased that much more awful. He was smart enough to realize he was being intellectually dishonest to serve his ideology…not the law.

Res judicata, indeed. That’s his story and he’s sticking to it.

It’s funny NOW to think that the entire brouhaha about same-sex marriage was ignoring the fact that the ONLY thing changed was gender of one of the partners in the marriage. That’s it. NOTHING ELSE was changed. And, by the way, contrary to the B.S. that was spread by the Evangelical Nutballs at the time, the world has NOT ended, and the entire country has NOT collapsed into perversion…just the Republican Party.

I sometimes wonder if J. Edgar Hoover would have married his longtime male lover had he lived in the modern world. Then, I decide, probably not: Hoover was always a coward besides being dishonest.

The only reason I was sad two years ago when the judge passed was that there would be no more Judge Scalia Dancing Bug toons. :(

Well, I dunno, he was mighty fond of opera. Definitely suspect. According to George Chauncey’s “Gay New York”, in the forties men could be "taken in for questioning " when they’d been overheard talking about opera, in a bar suspected of being a gay haunt.

“The Tool Shed” must be the equivalent to Home Depot. Why else would he be there?

In panel 1, who, exactly, is the other person, or creature, in the bed?
