yellow highlighter on the window works! when it dries you can’t see it but they can. Stripes or better yet a grid :)
I mirrored my bay window so the cats could watch the birds without being spotted. Now the male birds come right up to the window and pick a fight with themselves.
Never get into a dispute with anything bigger than you.
I have horizontal blinds, and i never pull/lift them. Just open them.
