Feral cats help rid neighborhoods of mice, voles, and other vermin. My guess is Leo likes the vermin, perhaps the mice and voles as well.

Vegas has the feral cats -550 vs Leo for world domination. Let’s face it: they’ve already conquered Tokyo and driven several species to extinction. They’re way ahead of Leo.
