The one little crack of hope came from the Supreme Court yesterday in turning down the government attempts to delay the trial concerning the census citizenship question and the refusal to toss out the kids’ suit for federal action on climate change. Except for Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch, the court seems to support due process.
